made from certified organic farming. Not only is the coconut insanely delicious, but it is also an exceptionally healthy fruit, rich in vitamins - C, E, K - and minerals - iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and zinc to support immunity, among others. Chocolate is a valuable source of magnesium, necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles. Recommended as a snack, it elevates mood and relieves hunger pangs.
