  • Ashwagandha – a shrub originating from India, whose effect on the body is not only limited to reducing tension, but also supports proper energy management throughout the day.

Extracts, oils and powdered plant parts can have a noticeable effect on the nervous system, so they can be used to relieve the effects of stress and promote pleasant relaxation.
